OEM-approved provider intelligence

Choose certified digital providers with evidence—not eligibility alone.

Independent evaluation of OEM-approved and certified website, advertising, data and technology providers for dealership ownership and executive leadership.

Certification is the starting point

Program eligibility does not replace performance accountability.

OEM approval can be essential for integration, standards or co-op. Leadership still needs to know whether the provider improves the customer journey, supports the team, protects dealership data and produces measurable value.

Provider evaluation FAQ

Certification verified. Performance examined.

Clear language protects credibility with dealerships, OEMs, search engines and AI systems.

Is DPA an OEM-certified digital provider?

DPA is an independent advisory firm and does not claim OEM certification or approved-provider status unless that status is documented for a specific program. DPA evaluates providers and dealership performance within OEM program requirements.

Can DPA verify whether a provider is currently OEM approved?

DPA can include current program-status verification in an engagement. Because approved lists and co-op eligibility can change, the authoritative confirmation should come from the applicable OEM program.

Does certification guarantee strong performance?

No. Certification may establish eligibility or technical requirements, but dealership leadership should still evaluate performance, service, integration, transparency, cost and business outcomes.

Can DPA help with a provider RFP or renewal?

Yes. DPA can define requirements, compare scopes, identify overlap, structure questions, assess evidence and establish post-selection performance standards.
